The Company

A large healthcare facility is seeking a Process Improvement Leader who can implement LEAN management methodology across business functions.

The Role

The Process Improvement Leader will be responsible for:

  • Process, and performance, improvement throughout the organization.
  • Working closely with Managers of other business functions and departments, to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Promoting a Lean Culture of management.
  • Six Sigma training.
  • Ultimately improving service quality and patient experience.

The Person

Candidates MUST:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or Healthcare.
  • Have a at least 6 years' experience in process improvement.
  • Come from a healthcare background.
  • Be able to work closely with other stakeholders, and bring about tangible change within the organisation.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification.
