A large and well known local organisation that continues to expand globally, mostly through M&A activity. Now a leader in their sector, the business offers a diverse portfolio of businesses and long term growth strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to develop a centralized recruitment strategy at head office level, almost completely from scratch.
The successful applicant will manage the full recruitment cycle for white collars, including executive hires, across the MEA region and eventually out into the other 7 regions globally. In the last 6 months, the organisation has recruited 50 hires at corporate level so applicants must demonstrate a depth of attraction, souring and selection across industries. This role has minimal admin support, therefore applicants should expect to manage their own workload, pipeline and database.
In addition to hands-on recruitment, the Recruitment Lead will start to implement a number of key strategic initiatives on a global level:
The successful application will be/have:
Educated to BA or MSc level
10-15 years recruitment experience with at least 5 in-house
Exposure to international hiring, in a large recognizable multinational
Exposure to best practice in recruitment and resourcing
Experience working with corporate stakeholders and reporting to C-suite
Ability to work hands-on, with minimal admin support
Articulate, professional and adaptable
Medical, Flights and bonus scheme.
AED 50,000 per month
