The Company

My client is an international resources company that have been mining and processing mineral raw materials for over 100 years.

The Role

They are looking for a Sales Area Manager to be based in Dubai. As an entrepreneur, you are fully responsible for managing your balance sheet in a permanent search for development and profitability. Your strategic vision allows you to develop growing markets and build your success. As a true developer, you take charge of the company\'s growing Life Science & Additives Division: expansion of the sales plan, internationalization and product development.

As a graduate of a major school, you should have a minimum of 4 years\' experience gained on an international scope in competitive sectors. This experience led you to take up the position of Export Zone Manager and allowed you to develop your managerial skills and your drive of results. Ideally, you speak multiple languages fluently, preferably one of them being Arabic. Above all, you want to participate in ateam development project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales calls in a wide territory
  • Finalize deals with customers
  • Participate in fairs and promotional events
  • Propose your development strategy
  • Optimize your margins (supply chain optimization with the support of the Logistic Manager)
  • Participate in the implementation on the long term strategic model (acquisition etc)

  • Proven experience as a Sales Area Manager
  • Negotiation skills
  • Multicultural experience
  • Proficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably bilingual in English & Arabic
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
