General Manager, Human Capital - KSA National candidates only

A growing IT services and solutions business at the forefront of innovation into business in Saudi Arabia. The company has an impressive list of high profile clients in the Kingdom and wider region.

The Role

This is a senior HR position, reporting directly to the VP Business Excellence and managing the full Human Capital remit, including a team of 3 director reports (centers of excellence). The successful candidate will review and improve the existing HR framework, bringing it up to date with best practice, innovative HR functions regionally. Responsible for a client base of over 1,000 people, the majority of which are highly skilled, subject matter experts in the technology space, the new GM HR will contribute to the overall Business Excellent strategy from an Human Resources perspective.


Key aspects of this role include:

  • Developing a new, innovative performance management system across the business
  • Driving talent management processes and identifying key talents within the business
  • Managing all manpower planning to ensure business continuity and efficiency
  • Develop a high level Talent Acquisition strategy to support growth
  • Contribute to the development of a dynamic HRIS system and processes
  • Develop and implement a strong employer brand and company culture, in line with company values
  • Work closely with the VP Business Excellence and CEO to help develop and retain a strong employee base.
  • Manage employee relations issues and make recommendations on government relations
  • Continue to develop the HR team through coaching and mentoring

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • At least 12-15 years HR generalist experience, at a senior level within a multinational organisation of a similar size
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in HR, although MSc is preferred
  • Experience of working in a Head of Human Capital or HR Director level role
  • Previous experience of developing an HR strategy and managing HR transformation
  • All applicants must be nationals of Saudi Arabia



SAR 90,000 per month inclusive of allowances
