An exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic full-service Media company home-grown in Riyadh.
The role is responsible for HR policies & procedures across 4 group companies - production, sales, creative and printing. The company is currently 300 employees, with a young demographic. This is not a government relations or admin focused role - instead you will be responsible for creating dynamic HR strategy and initiatives to support growth in both the Kingdom and internationally. Helping develop and retain talent, improve competence and leadership, attract graduates and future leaders and implement the correct HR legislation - this is a true HR leader position, suited to someone with an entrepreneurial and flexible approach.
The successful candidate will have held a Head of HR role previously, preferably in a best practice, multinational organisation.
Strong employee relations, competency development and HR planning experience is required. You must also be a strong team leader.
The role reports to the MD and all applicants must be Saudi Nationals.
