The Company

My client, a leading advisory, brokering and risk management provider, are looking for an Employee Benefits specialist to join the team here in Dubai.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefit specialist from either a consulting, direct insurer or broker background who can proactively manage a portfolio of  accounts across the region. This person will take the lead as a key point of client contact at regional and global level, providing advice on the best way to optimize the way benefits are managed and act as a strategic partner to clients to advise on their insured benefits.


The role will involve:

  • Lead the relationship activity of existing and new clients developing regional benefits strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the benefits framework across the region
  • Act as a referral point for any benefits queries from clients and other global offices
  • Benefits bench-marking
  • Develop claims analytics reports for clients, identifying trends
  • Work with the different teams to manage renewal process
  • Understand and learn the capabilities of insurers to provide recommendations to clients and other Global offices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Insurers
  • Participate in claims discussions with underwriters

The Person

  • Minimum of 2+ employee benefits experience (either direct insurer, consulting or broker side)
  • Develops strong relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers
  • Strives to deliver best practice, market leading service and solutions
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and working with senior stakeholders across the business, both internal and external;
