Global organisation with well known products and services, and a large regional headquarters in Dubai.
The role is for a Talent Researcher, working as part of the wider regional Recruitment team. Working closely with the Recruitment Managers, HR Business Partners and regional stakeholders, the successful applicant will help build a talent pipeline across all business streams and in multiple countries. This is not a purely transaction role - applicants should be able to map out competitor teams and make recommendations to support growth and career development within the organisation. At the same time, attracting and screening suitable candidates for open vacancies, providing a suitable shortlist for hiring managers and managing the CRM system.
Suitable applicants will also have represented companies and career fairs and networking events, being a true ambassador for the employer brand.
The role will suit candidates from either an executive search background, focused on research in a professional and international market - or an in-house recruiter with strong resourcing skills. Previous experience of working in a global, matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders is key.
This is a temporary position ONLY and will be offered as a 6 month fixed term contracting.
