A large organisation with diverse business units across the GCC and employing over 9,000 employees.
This is a specialist support role, providing analytical and advisory support in the Compensation & Benefits area.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, C&B, you will work on a number of annual projects including salary review, bonus cycle, job evaluations, benefits & medical renewals and review, salary bench-marking and grading projects.
The role requires an analytical background and a strong understanding of HR & reward data. Coupled with strong communication skills, successful applications should be able to work in both an operational and strategic C&B team.
The organisation is large and diverse, with interests in different sector and therefore strong commercial awareness and adaptability is required.
Applicants should be confident working in a small, lean HR function with visibility to the client groups.
This is a support role and will therefore suit applicants at the start to middle of their C&B career.
2-3 years experience gained in an internal or agency C&B team.
Advanced Excel skills.
HRIS and data modelling experience.
Capable of working in a large, complex organisation with more than 5,000 headcount.
Strong internal communication skills and an ability to partner with senior HR managers, stakeholders and leadership.
Candidates should be educated to degree level and preferably CIPD or GRP accredited.
Basic + flexible benefits package.
AED 18,000 per month
