The Company

My Client, an international energy trading company is looking for an Office Manager/PA, the suitable candidate must be able to speak and write in Arabic and English.

The Role

  • Overseeing the general running office en
  • AD hoc PA support to the Director
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
  • Meeting and greeting guests in a professional manner
  • Arranging tea/coffees/lunch for meetings
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • General administration

The Person

  • Proactive and common sense approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MUST  be able to speak and write Arabic and English, Russian would be an advantage
  • Previous administrative/office management experience preferred
