Since 2006 we have been helping companies and individuals undergo transformations. We help companies attract the right talent, enabling them to transform their business results, their culture and their reputations. And we help individuals find the right companies, enabling them to transform their careers.

Founded in the United Kingdom, we were one of the first recruitment consultancies to have an on-the-ground presence in the MENA region. Since opening our offices in Jumeirah, Dubai, we have consistently been matching high-calibre personnel from around the world with key positions, while building strong relationships with a network of business clients throughout the Middle East, Levant and North Africa.
