Mackenzie Jones – Our History

Mackenzie Jones is driven by a conviction that great organisations and great people deserve to find one another. After all, you’ll be spending a great deal of time with one another.

We’re also convinced that the introduction of clients to candidates by a third party with in-depth knowledge and understanding of both is the best way to begin successful relationships.

Since 2006 we have been helping companies and individuals undergo transformations. We help companies attract the right talent, enabling them to transform their business results, their culture and their reputations. And we help individuals find the right companies, enabling them to transform their careers.

Founded in the United Kingdom, we were one of the first recruitment consultancies to have an on-the-ground presence in the MENA region. Since opening our offices in Jumeirah, Dubai, we have consistently been matching high-calibre personnel from around the world with key positions, while building strong relationships with a network of business clients throughout the Middle East, Levant and North Africa.

Our exceptional consulting team is composed of talented individuals with extensive industry-specific experience and an in-depth understanding of the Middle East’s diverse business cultures and economic trends.

We take time to build relationships with our candidates and clients – the only way to ensure that the specific needs and aspirations of each complement and support one another. By maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, we are able to keep them informed of new opportunities or outstanding personnel looking to make their next move in the region.

We provide an exceptional service to all our clients and candidates by utilising our industry expertise, market intelligence and local knowledge, and by being courteous, transparent and honest at all times.

If you are looking to take your career further, or are looking for people who can take your business further, contact one of our recruitment team for a consultation.

Are all your customers profitable?

Naturally, one assumes that the more customers you have purchasing more products means you will have a more profitable business. In short, if you aren’t aware of your customers’ behaviours you could actually be throwing away money! Whilst excellent service and loyalty can be a good thing, if the product...

Investing in Better at Mackenzie Jones

“… learn and not to do, is really not to learn.” – Stephen R. Covey, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People For me, what this means is that Learning and Development functions have a responsibility to do a lot more than just run great training courses and it’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot recently as I’m the person who has been tasked with heading-up the Learning and...

At the end of day four Ants is now placed 294 out of 1109! Nichola Scott, the head of charity, got in touch...

Despite opinion being that there has been...

Death of the Job Title

It is always good to start with a bit of controversy but I have had a recent case of “Title Elitism”. Let me paint the picture. A very senior role comes up, based in the sunny Middle East, I spoke to my three best candidates and everything went well, right up to the offer. The successful candidate eventually turned the offer down, not down to the level of role, the...
