The Person

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum: PG/MBA in HR or any Global Equivalent Degree
• Additional: Certifications in Human Resources

Experience:

• 7+ years of work experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Multicultural exposure and experience in managing a team of human resources is required

Knowledge & Key Skills:

• Ability to work with diverse groups of people i.e. corporate, regional, local, and multicultural would be required
• Self-driven, innovative and motivated to achieve success in a dynamic environment
• High level of integrity and stability
• Excellent Leadership
