The Company

Our client is looking to hire an L&D and performance development manager for their Dubai office

The Role

  • The L&D and performance manager is responsible for leading performance development and training development of talents through offerings of diverse learning and development opportunities within the organization. This individual in this role partners with other Talent team members and key stakeholders to focus on solutions to build necessary skills and competencies in the workforce
  • He/she is also responsible for developing partnerships with external learning resources, content and managing the delivery of product, soft skills and technical skills industry training to all the company\'s Media employees. In partnership with other Talent verticals, He/she will be responsible for creating industry lead Initiatives
  • He/she will be a leader and key accountable lead concerning all L&D function within the company and is responsible to create and apply a consistent methodology to creating learning content and providing gap analysis of existing product and industry training and L&D solution
  • He/she will be owner for creating a performance driven culture and best practice performance management and development processes, and work in partnership with client teams and managers to assess performance results and deliver a workable solution in relation to the employee’s career development journey
  • He/she will actively partner with the Talent Acquisition vertical to ensure successful onboarding and positive new hire experience
  • He/she will actively partner with the Culture and Engagement team to drive a performance and L&D driven culture
  • He/she will actively engage with regional markets KSA, Egypt, Kuwait and Levant in proving specialized expertise and direction related to L&D and Performance Management

The Person

  • 5 - 8 years with relevant experience and in Talent operations and consultancy
  • Specialized in Talent development and Learning and Development
  • Strong communications
  • Should be based in UAE
