HR Business Partner - Turkey

The Company

For our client in FMCG, we are looking for an HR Business Partner

The Role

The role of HRBP is based in Northwestern Turkey. This position reports to HR Manager Turkey and dotted line to Head of HR Operations. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be focusing on Organizational design, cultural integration and building a high performing business team.

In this role you are the strategic partner for business from people standpoint.

The Person

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree
• Work experience of 3 years in as senior HR Business Partner / HR Lead
• Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is preferable,
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Key Skills Required Various HR spheres (like Talent Acquisition, C&B, T&D etc.), strategic mindset, people management experience, strong stakeholder management skills,
