The Role

In your role as the Immigration Associate / Coordinator you will be an internal resource to assist with developing policies and processes and providing guidance on immigration compliance for the offices. You will work closely with the HR - Immigration Team (e.g., Immigration Specialist, PROs, Office Mobility & Immigration Contacts, HR Managers, Staffing and Recruiting).

The Person

Qualifications

• Degree educated
• Minimum 5 years related visa and immigration experience
• Knowledge of regional immigration practices and laws
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive administrative databases, files and expenses with accuracy
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
• Fluency of English and Arabic- written and verbal (preferred)
