The Company

Our client is a governmental entity, located in Ras Al Khaimah, who’s main activity is to promote the Emirate through integrated strategy from the economical, tourism and infrastructural development perspective.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible of serving an outstanding primary support to the Director General Office and as the focal point for processing requests from various internal as well as external channels.

  • Work closely with Heads of Departments within the organization, to ensure all senior decisions are being implemented correctly and as instructed by the Director General
  • Safeguard all the confidential data and information of the Director General’s with the assistance of the IT team
  • Provide all necessary secretarial and office support to the Manager from handling calls, drafting, and processing letters, faxing etc, to liaising on the Manager’s behalf with Suppliers and Customers
  • Supporting HR team with scheduling interviews
  • Managing LPO to payment process for all HR/ people related activities
  • Arrange travel itinerary for the Manager including ticket reservations, hotels bookings, fixing appointments with the overseas clients
  • Provide required support to others in the department with respect to, sending official correspondence on their behalf, providing collective information to them, and arranging department meetings

The Person

  • Min 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Strong office management experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent in composing and preparing correspondence
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs
  • Proven track record in exceeding goals
  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in taken & preparing of minutes of meeting
  • Exceptional capacity for managing and leading and solving people’s issues
