The Role
- Leading the HR Governance
- Act as chief architect of all HR policies and procedures/processes, review change requests
- Oversee and lead the HR Shared Services operation including On/Off boarding, Employee services, Government Relations and personnel document management
- Direct the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and business requirements
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with local practices and legal obligations, kept abreast of internal & external changes and disseminated to line management & employees for consistent application & governance
- Ensure that the Government Relations function effectively advises the different functions of the Group on public policy issues, as appropriate, guiding executives in dealing with Governmental and statutory entities
- Oversee and monitor the development of the corporate communication calendar, budget and Group-wide brand assets including the logo, print material, packaging, stationary, and advertising
The Person
- 12 -15 years’ experience, with at least 8 years’ experience in a HR Management role
- Proven experience in HR Governance and Compliance/ HRSS / Change Management / Project Management / Corporate Communications
- Strong knowledge in UAE Labour laws
- Should have good knowledge and proven skills in Project Management or Change Management
