Job Purpose
Business and Revenue Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making, revenue management, and business operations. Responsibilities will encompass gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting thorough analyses, and providing insights to optimize processes and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document detailed requirements.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, feasibility study, research, and workshops to elicit and validate business needs.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights relevant to business performance.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Serve as internal customer support, collecting business needs, and providing analytics and intelligence accordingly to business owners.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actionable strategies.
- Build reports, dashboards and provide analysis.
- Participate in management reviews and prepare analysis presenting key performance indicators or other key variances to benchmarks.
- Foster strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of revenue streams, pricing models, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
The Person
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a relevant field with experience in Hospitality/Leisure sector preferably in Middle East.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the leisure or entertainment industry.
