Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategy across all of the organizations\' projects
• Prepare operational and financial sales department forecasts
• Oversee the management of the Sales Directors within the team including learning and career development
• Prepare proposals and offers for clients which are comprehensive in scope and compelling in their presentation to ensure that the customers/clients can see the full value proposition
• Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities in Dubai
• Providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Keeping abreast of Dubai\'s real estate industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
