A large, well known professional services company with offices across the Middle East - highly regarded within their industry and offering excellent long term opportunities.
Reporting to the Middle East Recruitment Manager, the successful applicant will support the recruitment of all consulting staff from major business schools across the GCC and beyond. They will also be involved with senior hiring for the Consulting Practice, whilst managing a team of 2 recruitment assistants.
The role requires regular travel to business schools and excellent communication at events and presentations. An eagerness to build relationships with senior hiring managers and partners within the firm is crucial, as it is ability to take ownership and drive the process from A-Z.
The role requires a solid knowledge of recruiting process within a management consulting environment - including career paths for consultants.
The ideal candidate will come with:
- 5+ years experience in a professional services environment, preferably within the Middle East but other regions will be considered
- strong communication skills
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow process accurately
- able to use HRIS systems effectively
- line management experience in an in-house environment
