This is a pure HR business partnering role, suitable for candidates with strong generalist experience gained in a multinational or best practice environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key business leaders in construction, real estate and industrial services. A thorough knowledge of at least one, if not all, of these sectors is required.
The role has a generalist remit, driving HR best practice across employee relations, resourcing and manpower planning, HR compliance, talent management and reward. Working as part of a wider HR function and reporting to the BU head of HR, there is a focus on delivery and support of business needs - growth, change and performance.
As an HR business partner, it is required that you have a solid understanding of the business structure, products and services - and a knowledge of the wider marketplace. A knowledge of the legislation and blue collar workforce issues is crucial.
Applicants should be confident and assertive in character, able to push back when required and challenge the status-quo.
Previous experience in the sector is required, and at least 8 years HR generalist experience
Educated to bachelor degree or above
Regional experience across the UAE is crucial
