The Company

I have a key senior position available with a leading multinational dairy products corporation. The role is based at their offices in Al Khobar, KSA.

The Role

Job Purpose

To develop volumes, turnover, market share, contribution, managing profitable agreements with our customers and ensure relationship with top management of the customers.


Key Duties and Responsibilities/Missions

  • Define and implement the sales strategy (unit and gross-profit plans) in accordance with the strategic direction plans with partner departments (Marketing, R&D, Industrial), participate in the annual definition of the business unit (division) strategy within the direction committee and anticipate major developments over the long term (markets, legislation, customers, competitors).
  • Be a key player in the negotiation by building the annual sales policies (chart, pricing, price list.), managing the annual negotiation with the negotiation team while ensuring the sustainability of the relationship during all the annual negotiation.
  • Draw up the sales policy, a category development plan per customer, arbitrate, validate and implement the plan to develop sales volume, product mix, and selling price , changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Manage business activity (volumes, turnover, contribution, organization costs), analyze results and recommend, validate and implement corrective actions while ensuring the high quality and the sustainability of the relationship with all the customers.
  • Manage & support the sales team : team motivation, training and skills development, recruitment and career development.

Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

The Person

Qualifications Criteria

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales Management.
  • A solid understanding of KSA market.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, Budget Planning and P&L Management is essential .
  • FMCG Background is an asset, dairy field experience is a competitive advantage.
  • Proven people manager with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.


The maximum budget for this role is SAR 46k per month plus family visa, insurance, flights, education allowance & annual bonus
