The Company

My client, a local group of companies, is seeking an Office Manager for the group Head Office. This role is responsible for managing the office for the CEO and Board Members.

The Role

The duties include:

• Responsible for supporting high-level executives, management and entire department
• Provide administrative support
• Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Managing third party suppliers
• Meet and greet visitors attending the office
• Ensure smooth running of the office

The Person

The suitable person must have -

• A similar administrative background
• Arabic speaking essential
• Based in Riyadh
