The Company

My Client,  a high net-worth household is looking for an experienced PA/Villa Manager to support the Principal and facilitating all typical PA duties.

The Role

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Overseeing the day-to-day or operational running of the property; ‘go to’ person for the family home
  • Complete administrative duties, including managing staff rotas and household schedules
  • Develop and supervise household operations whether it be catering or housekeeping specifications
  • Supervise and train household staff
  • Ordering household or personal items; taking responsibility for the household inventory
  • Hiring additional household staff on a temp basis such as chefs, outsourced cleaners
  • Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs to the Property Care Team in a timely manner
  • Event planning, catering, travel planning, organising and co-ordination
  • Greeting and greeting guests
  • Running errands, research, diary management, purchasing gifts/flowers and performing various ad hoc requests
  • Acting as second point of contact in case of emergency (alarm going off, pool leaking, etc.). First point of contact would be a member of the Property Care Team

The Person

  • Preferably 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communicator with strong administrative skills (Office 365 Full Suite)
  • Background in the hospitality industry or having previously worked in a private household
  • Discreet and respectful
  • Ability to use initiative, self-starter
  • Responsible, reliable, punctual and efficient
  •  Respond proactively to changing situations and ad hoc requests
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Able to train and lead by example
  • A general ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to help when required
  • Clean UAE driving licence
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Positive and calm mannerism
  • Deal with issues quickly and efficiently
